We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We do not own, operate, or manage any hotels, apartments, vehicles, airlines, or ride services listed on the Platform.

Service availability, pricing, and quality are the responsibility of the respective service providers. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of listings or the quality of services provided.

When you make a booking through the Platform, you enter into a contract with the service provider. BookAllNow facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the contract between you and the service provider.

All prices displayed on the Platform are in the currency indicated and may be subject to taxes, fees, and surcharges as applicable.

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider and booking type. Please review the specific cancellation policy before confirming your booking.

Drivers who register on the Platform agree to maintain valid driver's licenses, vehicle registration, and insurance as required by local laws.

Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of BookAllNow. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.

Drivers must maintain their vehicles in safe operating condition and comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

BookAllNow reserves the right to deactivate a driver's account for safety violations, poor ratings, or breach of these Terms.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.

You agree not to post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of others.

You agree not to use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users, service providers, or drivers.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BookAllNow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

By posting content on the Platform (such as reviews or photos), you grant BookAllNow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content.

BookAllNow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookAllNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to BookAllNow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the jurisdiction where BookAllNow operates.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
